Verdict is a research tool for the crude oil market, currently in development and run by its founder in the United States. This policy covers the Verdict waitlist website (this site). “We” and “us” mean Verdict.

Your browser also keeps a small note on your own device that you’ve joined (in local storage), so the page doesn’t ask you twice. It isn’t sent to us and you can clear it in your browser settings.
A few companies process data for us so the site can work. They act on our instructions and don’t get your email for their own marketing.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
We keep your details until we’ve sent the launch email. If you don’t become a Verdict user, we delete your details within 6 months after that. If you ask us to remove you earlier, we delete them as soon as we can, normally within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have extra rights under local law. Contact us and we’ll help.
The waitlist is stored in a private database that only we can access. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect small and limit who can see it.
Verdict is for adults. The waitlist isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we delete details we learn came from someone under 18.
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we’ll tell you before it applies.
